Increases the amount of time food stays fresh in refrigerators, increases refrigerator inventory space, and allows food to spoil in your pocket at the same rate as if you left it out on the counter.
What the heck does this mod do!? It increases the amount of time food stays fresh in refrigerators, increases refrigerator inventory space, and allows food to spoil in your pocket at the same rate as if you left it out on the counter. I didn’t want to just make a cheat mod, so I tried to balance it out to make Refrigerators more fun and useful.
Low Efficiency Refrigerator: 50 inventory slots (up from 20) Food stays fresh 2X as long.
Mid Efficiency Refrigerator: 100 Inventory slots (Up from 25) Food Stays Fresh 3X as long.High Efficiency Refrigerator: 150 Inventory slots (Up from 30) Food Stays Fresh forever!!!!
To balance all of this out, I added a 1.0 spoil rate to the players inventory. No more keeping things fresh forever in your pocket. However I left the 100 inventory slots in your pocket because reducing it would likely break things. Instead to balance it out, I made Refrigerators hold more. Now you can farm to your hearts desire and not have to worry about all your crops rotting after a few days.
INSTALLATION:
Unzip the file and drop the contents into Documents/inZOI/Mods
NOTE: I’ve tested this mod, BUT if you come across any bugs, let me know. I’m 80% certain this isn’t buggy, but…you know. Things happen.
Uninstall:
When uninstalling keep in mind that if you have filled up your refrigerator that the capacity will return to default so it’s best to remove all items from from your refrigerator before uninstalling. Otherwise, just delete the file from your mod folder and you’re ready to go.
